Colwyn Jet Ski Club

The club was formed in November 1996 to promote safe personal watercraft riding, and to allow representation with the local council. We are recognised by Conwy County Borough Council and Conwy Harbour Authority.

The club's 2014 season starts on Good Friday 18th April and continues on all Sundays and Bank Holidays until the 28th September. We operate on Colwyn Bay promenade from the new slipway at Porth Eirias which opened on 20th May 2013. Please see the ‘Contact Us’ page for location details.

Advantages of membership include;

Free tractor launch and recovery

Greatly reduced annual launch permit charge
Safe environment for family jet ski activity
Controlled use of jet ski activity at the site during peak times

We are a non-profit making club and all monies taken are re-invested for the benefit of the Jet Skiing fraternity at Colwyn Bay. All committee members are experienced Jet Skiers and we believe that a jet ski club should be run by the people who participate in the sport and not by bureaucrats or any person(s) looking for financial gain.

Club members and visitors alike must have proof of jet ski 3rd Party Liability Insurance with them whenever they launch.
